Critical Home Repair Program: Now Accepting Applications!

If you, or someone you know is in need of some serious home repair work, you may qualify for our Critical Home Repair Program!

Habitat Montco's Critical Home Repair Program strives to preserve the affordable housing stock of Montgomery County by providing low-cost home repairs to owners who may be struggling to maintain their home due to conditions that pose a threat to their health or security. Once accepted into the Critical Home Repair Program, homeowners pay only a portion of their repair costs based on a sliding income scale. Homeowners are also responsible for completing a minimum of 8 hours of 'sweat equity' to assist with the completion of the home repair, spread awareness of Habitat Montco, or volunteer in the ReStore.

To learn more about the Critical Home Repair Program, and to find out if you qualify to have repair work done, please visit our website. The Summer 2017 application cycle is now open and applications will be accepted through June 15, 2017!

Be sure to submit all required paperwork by the deadline in order to be considered for the program!
